The service was super quick and efficient! Our bath water didn’t stop running for several hours but Luke came over and fixed the problem in 5 minutes, taking a piece of metal out of the tap which was preventing the valve from closing. Thank you!
Just had some work done having seen residents nearby with Plumus vans outside. Harry has left not long ago and has been nothing but professional, extremely pleasant and great with the work. We've still got work to do, but for a near-Christmas emergency - he's saved the day - all within the hour. I'd be happy to use Plumus again - they were timely and effective - I only called this morning!
Amazing work. We had 5 people visit over 3 days before Plumus came to assist with our blocked drainage line. It took them less than an hour to find a simple way to unblock the pipes and to save our Christmas. Very professional, helpful and efficient.

I want to share my feedback. This was the best experience associated with the work of plumbing engineers. Everything, from the speed of diagnostics to the cleanliness of the work - perfect! These were the first engineers who identified the cause of the constantly recurring breakdowns of the boiler, as a result we had to replace it with a new one (none of the three previous companies that came to check said this, but simply advised "to use hot water for up to 15 minutes, this is enough"). The replacement work itself was done perfectly cleanly and neatly, after which they even washed the floor. I will be very happy to recommend using the services of this company to all my friends. Thanks again!

They arrived at 8am and worked non stop to complete the job, and in the end left everything tidy, and cleaner than before. Great time keeping, didn’t leave a mess, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I now understand why they came highly recommended as I would definitely recommend them myself. Great work guys!
We had an emergency plumbing issue with water gushing through our lounge ceiling.A local person recommended this company and they were fantastic! Decent guys and reasonably priced. They turned up when they said was going to turn up, even arrived within an hour and they did not try to rip us off, they was very genuine and tried to help. They made it easy rather than stressful. We now plan to use them for all future plumbing work.

Rob attended for a leaking flat roof, gave us 2 options to patch in the roof or a flat roof replacement. We went for the replacement and from start to finish Rob and his colleague were fantastic! Clean, tidy, kept us informed throughout the whole process taking updated pictures as they went! Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for! Absolutely thrilled with end result! Thank you Plumus!!

Matthew attended late on a Friday evening to deal with my blocked toilet! Not what was needed before a family doo! Matthew inspected thoroughly and found our main drains were blocked! He used a high pressure jetting machine to clear it, not the cheapest but attended very quick and was dealt with on such short notice! Fantastic service.
Thank you to James who did a stellar job installing my bath taps. Booking was easy with plenty of messages confirming details of the job including date, time and place. He arrived on time, advised me of an approximate timeframe, kept everything neat and tidy and left me with a fully functioning and sparkling bathroom. Would absolutely recommend!

They kept me informed & quickly answered my concerns.They were considerate & cleared up behind themselves.There were no hidden costs & aftercare was superb.
